AFR Market Wrap, is brought to you by The Australian Financial Review. It is written by investment experts, industry analysts and Australia's leading business columnists, and will provide you with all the information you need to make wise investment decisions.
Every day, after market close, subscribers will receive highlights on the key market movements, a range of views on the day's trading from expert industry analysts and fund managers, and tables and charts presenting the information clearly and simply.
And on a Saturday morning, at the close of Wall Street, a Week in Review analysis will be available to subscribers which will present the best of the week's trading and stock movements.
All reports are published online at the AFR Market Wrap website where you can also read the broker watch report, keep track of floats and access range of tools and calculators.
In addition, all AFR Market Wrap subscribers will also have access to basic afr.com tools, including quotes, company profiles, watchlists and portfolios.
Subscription Options
Q: What subscription options are available?
If you have a subscription to afr.com, it will also include a subscription to AFR Market Wrap and The Australian Financial Review digital edition. if you do not subscribe to afr.com, you can subscribe to AFR Market Wrap as a stand alone product.
Subscriptions to AFR Market Wrap can be monthly or yearly. If you choose to take a monthly subscription, your credit card supplied to us at the time of sign up will be charged each month as your subscription automatically renews (as per the terms and conditions).
If you take an annual subscription this is paid for at the beginning of the subscription and can be paid by credit card or cheque. If paid by credit card, an annual subscription auto renews every 12 months.
Trial
Q: What's in the 14 day trial?
When you sign up for AFR Market Wrap you will be given access to the AFR Market Wrap website for free* for 14 days, in addition to receiving the daily emails with links to the site's investment reports and analysis after market close.
All AFR Market Wrap subscribers will have access to basic afr.com tools, including quotes, company profiles, watchlists and portfolios.
To participate in the trial you must have a valid credit card (See terms and conditions) and enter your credit card details during the sign up process.
To trial AFR Market Wrap visit the Subscribe page and complete the sign-up process. Your trial begins at the completion of the sign-up process.

Q: What are the conditions of the 14 day trial of AFR Market Wrap?
You must have a valid credit card to participate in the trial. One trial is permitted per user. Duplicate trials will not be accepted. Trial commences immediately upon sign-up. After day 14 you will be billed for the subscription term you have selected.
Q: How do I cancel the 14 day trial?
You may cancel your trial at any time during the 14 day trial period and your credit card will not be charged a subscription fee. To cancel your trial go to My Account - My Subscription and select Cancel Trial.

Q: What if I forget to cancel the trial after 14 days, will I be charged?
If you do not cancel your 14 day trial on the 14th day, you will be billed on the 15th day and charged at the monthly fee for the subscription term selected.
Subscribing to AFR Market Wrap
To successfully subscribe you must register, with your personal details, select your subscription term make payment and accept the terms and conditions. Credit cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions automatically renew under the terms and conditions that is accepted at sign-up. Please advise us prior to your renewal date of your cancellation. Your access to AFR Market Wrap will expire on the renewal date.
Cancellations of subscriptions which have progressed beyond the 14 day trial will only be accepted by telephone. Contact Customer Service on 1800 032 577 between 8.30-5.00pm EST. Outside of Australia +61 2 9282 1547.
Once you have cancelled, your username and password will still provide you Basic access (no charge) to afr.com so you can purchase pay per view articles and continue to use basic tools In the site.
Q: My username keeps being rejected on the registration form, what's wrong?
Your username must be 6 or more characters and have no spaces. If rejected, it may be that your username has been selected by another user. In this case, please try entering another username.
Q: The registration form does not accept my personal details, what's wrong?
Ensure that all mandatory fields highlighted have been completed. Any mandatory field not complete will be indicated to you in RED. Your registration will not be processed until all required information has been completed. If you continue to have problems please contact our support team 1800 887 969 or email help@afr.com.au.
Q: Can I print from AFR Market Wrap?
Subscribers will be able to print individual articles or the complete daily report in a user friendly format.
Q: Can I unsubscribe to the emails, but still access the website?
Yes, there are two ways you can unsubscribe to communications but still be able to access the website:
- Online via the unsubscribe button on the email
- Directly through customer service
Note that unsubscribing from communications does not cancel your subscription to AFR Market Wrap.
Billing & Payment
Q: How do I pay for my subscription and how will I be billed?
Your AFR Market Wrap subscription auto-renews on your credit card. Your credit card will continue to be billed until you advise us that you would like to stop your subscription. If you cancel your subscription your access will expire on your next renewal date
Q: Why do I need to enter my credit card details?
We ask that you provide a credit card so that your access is not interrupted at the completion of the trial period. It is also required because your subscription auto-renews unless you cancel your subscription.
Q: I don't feel safe entering my personal details online.
Every effort is made to ensure that your transaction is secure and safe. Passwords and credit card details are transmitted in an encrypted form using 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your privacy. Information about how Fairfax Media handles your personal details is explained in our Privacy Statement.
Q: What if I don't have a credit card?
It is possible to pay by cheque for your AFR Market Wrap subscription. Please note you will NOT be able to participate in the 14 day trial without a valid credit card. Payment made by cheque must be for a 12 month subscription to AFR Market Wrap.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing once you have posted your cheque payment. A customer service representative will email you to confirm receipt of payment and subscription commencement.
Q: I would like a receipt for my subscription.
To ensure that you receive an annual Tax Invoice go to My Account - My Details and tick the respective field, your details will automatically update.
Subscriptions to afr.com
Q: I already have a subscription to AFR Market Wrap and I now want to subscribe to afr.com, can I do this and not be double charged?
Subscribers to AFR Market Wrap can upgrade to afr.com which also includes AFR Market Wrap provided you are upgrading for the same subscription term (month or year).
Go to My Account - My Subscription and select Upgrade to afr.com. Your trial to afr.com will commence immediately and on completetion of the trial you will be charged the difference between AFR Market Wrap and afr.com. These subscriptions will run in parallel until your AFR Market Wrap subscription expires.

Managing My Account
My Account allows you to update and manage details of your AFR Market Wrap account. Here you can amend your profile information, activate tax invoice and upgrade to afr.com.
If you have an afr.com, MISAustralia and/or BRW.com.au account, you can manage the details of those here as well.
Q: I've forgotten my password?
When you register with afr.com it is important to enter your email address correctly. If you have forgotten your password we can then email you a new one, please click the Forgotten password? link under the sign in box
Q: How do I change my password?
To change your password, log in with your existing login and password and go to My Account - My Details. Enter your old password, then type in your new password and click Update Password. When you log in next, please ensure you use your new password.
Q: How do I change my email address?
To change your email address, log in with your existing login and password and go to My Account - My Details. Enter your new email, then click Update. All communication will be sent to your new email address.
Recommended System Requirements for AFR Market Wrap
Q: What are the minimum computer requirements for running AFR Market Wrap?
The minimum computer requirements are:
- Apple or PC with P4 or equivalent processor
- 256 MB RAM (512MB is preferred)
- For optimal performance when using some of the tools on afr.com, please use the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. (Version 7 is the minimum requirement but there are more recent versions which could deliver better performance).
- Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari or Mozilla internet browsers
- Broadband internet connection
- Screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768
